Coulee Council on Addictions provides confidential assistance,
education & services to the community at large, individuals
& families impacted by substance abuse and other addictions.
Coulee Council was organized by a group of concerned community
members as West Central Council on Alcoholism, Inc., in 1968.  Their
mission was to help people in crisis, information and referral, and
intervention.  Today, Coulee Council on Addictions has evolved to
encompass a variety of services including: Recovery Support, The
Thomas E. Noelke Resource Center, Prevention and Education,
Counseling Assessments, as well as the initial Information and Referral,
Crisis Management, Outpatient Services, and Intervention Services.
