Substance Abuse
Coulee Council on Addictions, provides confidential
assistance, information, education and services to people of all
ages dealing with substance abuse and other addictions.
Coulee Council was organized by a group of concerned community
members as West Central Council on Alcoholism, Inc., in 1968.  Their
mission was to help people in crisis, information and referral, and
intervention.  Today, Coulee Council on Addictions has evolved to
encompass a variety of services including: Recovery Support, The
Thomas E. Noelke Resource Center, Prevention and Education,
Counseling Assessments, The Harm Reduction Program, as well as the
initial Information and Referral, Crisis Management, and Intervention
Services.

Call (608) 784-4177 to speak confidentially to a counselor about
questions or concerns
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Great Rivers 211 answers all calls and can reach the counselor when
the office is closed.

The Thomas E. Noelke Resource Center is a chemical-free place to

Need a presentation?
Prevention and Education presentations may be scheduled by calling
the main office number.

Need to schedule an appointment?
Call the main office number during business hours to schedule
assessments or find out about interventions.
