Coulee Council's Recovery Drop-In Center (RDC) offers hope and empowerment to all individuals seeking strength in recovery. Our resources promote the gains made during your initial treatment or your first steps into sobriety. The center helps reinforce healthy habits, and a way to stay connected with the recovery community. Although there are no hard and fast rules about length of continuing care after treatment, several studies show the longer the duration in recovery, the better the outcome. Recovery truly is a lifelong journey – yet you're not alone.
Additionally, during the hours of operation and following a meeting you will find:
- an alcohol and substance-free environment with people. - SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT and FELLOWSHIP with others who are working to sustain recovery. - encouraging health and wellness activities. - help to enhance their job readiness skills. - snacks and coffee - on Tuesday & Thursday at 11:30am, and Saturday at 8:00 a.m., a full, nutritious meal is provided without charge (donations are greatly appreciated). - on Tuesday and Thursday a Hunger Task force drop-off site. This is for individuals and families who lack the means of adequate resources.
